In Poland, the manual workers have high skills and qualifications as well finish school learning a profession. Issues such as aluminium castings does not give them any problem completely as the situation is quite rare in relation to other European Union countries. Cnc machining perfectly well in our country took his time when most factories decided to buy such an expensive machine. Thanks to them, aluminum is much faster and more accurately machined and precision as we know in this profession is of great importance and value. Polish worker's skills are well known outside our borders because a few years ago, many people have emigrated to work.
